1 lb Carrots cut into thin sticks
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
0.5 tsp Chili powder
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Sprinkle of Parmesan for topping
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Add the carrot sticks to a medium bowl and add all the spices, olive oil and cornstarch to the bowl and combine.
3. Place on the baking tray and bake for 45 minutes flipping halfway through, once they are crispy and cooked through.
4. Sprinkle more salt or parmesan cheese on top if desired. Serve warm with dip.
