1 cup Cottage Cheese
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Almond milk
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for a few minutes. The mixture should be thick and completely smooth.
2. Divide between 3 serving dishes and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
1. Feel free to sprinkle on whatever toppings you have available. Granola with whipped cream are my favorites!
