40g Chia Seeds (1/4 cup)
1 Scoop Protein Powder
140g Frozen or Fresh Blueberries (1 cup)
1 1/4 cup Water
1. Add chia seeds, protein powder and blueberries to a mason jar.
2. Add water to the mason jar and put the lid on and shake the jar until everything is mixed
3. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy it next morning for breakfast.
Most overnight chia recipes add sweetener but if you use a good tasting protein powder then you will not need to add any sweetener. The one i used was a Maple Pancake flavored protein and it really makes it delicious.
Adding toppings is optional since this does taste great alone but sometimes you want a little crunch or something extra on it. Here are some topping ideas:
