Protein Ice Cream

Makes 1 Serving


  • 140g Frozen Strawberries (1 cup)

  • 140g Ice cubes

  • 1/4 pack of JELL-O Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Guar Gum

  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice

Directions :

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. If you use a Vitamix like i did you will need to use your tamper to help it mix along. If you use any other blender you will need to stop blending ever so often and give it a stir and using a spoon push the sides down. This could take up to 5 minutes but its very well worth it.


  • You can use any frozen fruit you have, and mix up the flavors of the instant pudding and protein powder. I love strawberries and chocolate so I used the chocolate instant pudding mix and a Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder.

  • I used Cashew Milk in my recipe, feel free to use any milk of choice

  • If you cannot find Guar Gum - you can substitute for Xantham Gum. Same ratio.
