The Smoothie Diet Review: Is it a Scam?

I've always wanted to know what the fuss was about smoothie diets or juice cleanses. Over the years this was one diet I've never tried. I always thought that I would be starving and just in a bad mood the whole duration of it. There was one diet that changed the way I look at food - it was intermittent fasting.
